6 Ingredient White Chili

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 avocados
1 bunch of cilantro
2 cans white northern beans
chicken broth*

Directions
1. boil the chicken breasts until they are cooked thoroughly**
2. pour chicken broth and white beans into a large pot on simmer
3. chop up cilantro
4. slice avocados into large chunks***
5. add cilantro and avocados to simmering broth/bean mixture
6. slice up chicken breasts to desired size
7. combine chicken with all other ingredients in the simmering pot****
8. add spices
*****9. garnish with shredded cheese, a few sprigs of cilantro and a slice of avocado
10. eat, and save the rest to take to lunch tomorrow and show it off to your coworkers

*add to desired thinness. for thinner chili add more broth, for thicker chili add less broth
**medium rare is not an option
***otherwise they will get really mushy

Triple C Soup

Ingredients:

Celery
Carrots
Chicken Broth

*as always, can season as desired

Process:

Wash your veggies
Cut your veggies into chunks and slices
Boil water
Put carrots in water until they are a little bit softened
Put celery in water with carrots after the carrots are already a little softened*
Drain the veggies after they are as soft as you want them
Pour chicken broth over the veggies
Heat it all up in the pot
Add spices/seasonings as desired
Put in bowl
Eat**

*celery softens more quickly than do carrots
**tastes best while wearing a big, comfy sweater

Easy to cover and save in the fridge for tomorrow!

Ingredients*:

Macaroni noodles
Peanut Butter
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Seasoned Salt
Crushed Red Pepper
White Cheddar Popcorn Seasoning

*can substitute whichever spices and seasonings happen to be in your cupboard

Process:

Cook noodles
Put noodles in a bowl
Add olive oil until noodles are desired slipperiness
Add seasonings of choice
Add a small spoonful of peanut butter and stir until evenly distributed
Eat it
Wash dishes*

*optional step; can leave dishes in bedroom until they grow mold if desired
